According to the current situation, the solution to the oxygen corrosion of finned tube can be considered in the following ways:

(1) The heating system should be designed to avoid the system and the big oxygen, as far as possible airtight, such as the location of the cyclone plug placement, circulation pump closure, and so on, at the same time equipment operation to avoid low pressure, which also avoids unnecessary dehydration.
(2) Adding water must be treated with deoxidation.
(3) heating water and corrosion inhibitor.
(4) When the heating is stopped, the finned tube is filled with dry method or deoxidation water.
(5) When the newly-installed finned tube is tested, the water pressure test medium should add the Non-toxic antirust agent.
